You Are What You Consume
Every day, we’re feeding ourselves — not just with food, but with thoughts, emotions, media, conversations, and spiritual influences. Whether we realize it or not, what we consume becomes part of us. It shapes our outlook, our attitude, our habits, and even our faith.
What you scroll through, what you listen to, what you watch, and what you meditate on all feed your soul. If we’re constantly taking in negativity, fear, or distraction, we begin to reflect that energy in how we live and how we treat others.
But when we feed on truth, grace, love, and the Word of God, our spirit grows strong. Our minds renew. Our hearts align with peace.
🙏🏾 What Does the Word Say?
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is — His good, pleasing and perfect will.”
— Romans 12:2 (NIV)
This verse reminds us that transformation starts from the inside out — and that begins with what we consume.
🌱 Today’s Challenge:
Pause and ask yourself:
What am I feeding my spirit today?
Is it building me up or breaking me down?
Let’s be intentional. Let’s choose what nourishes, what uplifts, and what draws us closer to God. Because we don’t just become what we eat — we become what we take in.
📝 Thought for the Day:
“What you feed will grow. Feed your faith.”
Stay mindful. Stay filled. Serve daily.
